New version of ptolemy-based "maximum concordance/consonance" scale...preserves "alternative circle of 5ths" without temperament

The "alternative 5ths" used are 1.51515 (50/33) and 1.46666 (22/15)...both of which seem to sound ok as 5ths (to me, at least).
This was in part a response to Igs criticism of my last scale that the melodic nature of the scale seems to work again what he wanted them to do...and after writing enough melodies of my own with the scale I realized how valid a criticism it was. I suppose this my be an indirect side-effect of "over-using temperament to optimize harmony".

When I said:

"that the melodic nature of the scale seems to work AGAINST what he wanted them to do.."
