Just Possibilities in a Freeware program

Dear Folks
a friend found a quaint littleprogram called fx7
it has a tuning function that lets you tune specific frequencies
not terribly big
it's for Windoze though
I'll gladly zip it over to intersted folks
p.s. anyone got any Linux tuning app resources?/
