Hi, Daniel,

I'm going to join, without either quitting this yahoo group or
committing to writing anything much for a while--I'm working, slowly,
on a big piece and doing lots of planning. It's absorbing all my
(waning, middle-aged) energies these days.

As for the volume of email, it does present one challenge--how to
attend to all the interesting stuff before it drops off my radar screen.

You can count on me to do some listening and to make appreciative
noises when I hear something I like.
