Scala and Scalavista: Descriptions of some Yarman scales

I noticed in the ScalaVista and SCALA scale archive some mistakes
concerning the description of a few of my tunings. I hope Manuel Op de
Coul and Aaron Andrew Hunt will make the necessary corrections:

yarman_hijazkar.scl should read:

"Hijazkar/Kurdili Hijazkar mixed by Ozan Yarman"

yarman_mahur.scl should read:

"Mahur by Ozan Yarman"

yarman_saba.scl should read:

"Saba by Ozan Yarman"
