Here's an article in the new Csound Journal, called "Tuning
your MIDI Keyboard":

It tells you roughly what it says in the title, including an
introduction to some of the new real-time capabilities.
I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't cover "tuning
cross-fades" like having the meantone fifth vary at whim,
but it tells you what you need to know to work that out.
