One file missing

As I said before, my file page is full with 11 files and didn`t create a folder. Then I sent another file named "The Piagui Musical Scale: Perfecting Harmony" containing important information. I cannot find this file, must be somewhere.
Could you tell me what can I do for recovering it?

Carl said me that he found 11 files in the folder. What folder?
I hope you clearify this matter. I need that file.
