I haven't been following your discussion very carefully but you can find similar scales in Manuel's "Scale archive" if you look under the names of "parizek_jiweltmp" and "parizek_jiwt2".

Then there's Huainanzi, who sure enough is in the Scala archive as chin_lui-an.scl. For some reason that ends as 81/43 instead of 27/14 (81/42). The copy here definitely says the latter:

This article admits of some uncertainty:

I can't work out the details of that. Remember this article describing it as two subharmonic series:

The scala archive also has a chin_lu.scl which is attributed to Huainanzi but I haven't tracked that one down. Maybe it's a permutation (different mode).
