The splendid photo of our fearless leader, Mark Nowitzky, has
adorned our group's homepage

for several years now. I thought it might be fun to open an
informal contest for a replacement. Just create an image file
of roughly the same dimensions and upload it to the photo
album I've just created for this purpose:

If we get a some submissions, I'll create a poll so we can
