"Breeding" grounds for tuning

My apologies to Graham Breed (who was so VERY helpful regarding the TX81Z
owner's manual on line -- which I am THOROGHLY enjoying) about the mention
of his tremendous and comprehensive educational tuning website which is
again at (TA DA :-)

<http://x31eq.com/tuning.htm>

What happened was that Paul Erlich sent me a private e-mail which was also
helpful in illuminating a bit of my admitted tuning ignorance, [Drive me
off, I dare you...] and which contained the Graham Breed Website address
but was never posted "on-list."

This actually advocates for more "on list" activity rather than less.
Maybe it really is best to keep a lot of stuff "on list" -- it might be
more valuable than we think for people who are possibly reading but not
posting. Maybe we can save all the personal affronts for private e-mail...
(Wouldn't that be fun??) [;-), :-)]

Two absolutely fantastic ideas !!

I don't know how many times I've gotten involved in off-list
discussions (especially with John Chalmers, Dave Keenan,
Dan Stearns, and most of all Paul Erlich) which I eventually
thought really should have been on-List. And whenever one of
us *did* attempted to eventually bring it to the List, it
inevitably suffered from either too much or too little
condensation of the overall give-and-take.

I vote for keeping all tuning-related conversations in the
open on the List.

And the nasty stuff would certainly be better done privately.
