More early 31-tone keyboards

Besides the Vicentino (1555) and Colonna (1618) already discussed, Barbour
mentions 31-tone-per-octave harpsichords by Gonzaga (1606), and Father
Scipione Stella, who was early enough to have been mentioned by Colonna.
