Golden Ratio Tuning and Scale....yet another mp3 example

Due to so many reported problems with linking to my example files
on the last link I have decided to host the file myself.

It has both the scale (in mp3 format; it plays automatically when
you load the page) and an "everyman"'s simple explanation of why I
think it works.

Especially with my documentation of how the scale differs from 12TET
and mean-tone...I would greatly appreciate if some of you experts read
over my documentation and let me know where I may be going wrong
about, for example, how mean-tone and 12TET is generated.

BTW, for future reference I am calling the scale the PHITER scale...it
is no longer "Michael Sheiman's crazy golden ratio tuning based
thingamujig". :-D
