Dear Tunors,

I sent out an update to people that are signed up with me, but it
has been a while between tweakings of the site, so I thought I'd
also post this hear. (Part of the reason being an interview with
Kraig Grady, who is a sometime correspondent here.) OK, forward!

Date: January 25, 2000
News: Quite a bit, this time.

Pretty clever of me to just let the Mill.. new year slip by, huh?
Well, I couldn't sit on my arse too long, as December brought a
call from NYC - Yahoo! Internet Life magazine has picked Corporeal
Meadows for one of their "New, Notable & Fun" sites in the February
2000 issue. It's a wild pairing with another site, and you can see
it all from the main page. I won't get carried away, but I have to
say I *am* stoked, if only because more people will be aware of
Harry.

But what is new on the site? Here ya' go:

o Did I mention Yahoo!?

o An official announcement-to-the-world (not just an update) about
Bob Gilmore winning the Deems Taylor award for his Partch bio.

o I actually now have "Delusion of the Fury" listed as available,
and have even gone so far as to get amazon.com to get it out of
their "Popular" music section and into the "Classical" section
with the rest of the Partch!

o Months later, the photo show from San Francisco can now be glimpsed
from the Meadows <http://www.corporeal.com/art_inst/bumshow/>
along with a little bit from the Guidebook.

o We have an interview with Kraig Grady, who is doing musical
post-Partchian things. He's been on our links page for a while,
but I hope this will be of interest, and it is definitely germane.

o And.... we're running *real* low on shirts, especially if you
*aren't* X-Large, so if you humans out there want me to hold any
for you, time is off the essence.

"Now, isn't that nice and friendly?"

Brian Harlan does a nice job too. I thought it was really nice to get
this kind of an expanded insight on someone like Kraig... because you
get things that you don't necessarily get even after reading dozens of
Kraig's posts here at the TD... it's just a different dynamic and I
definitely enjoyed it.
