Julian Carrillo LP Wanted!!

Hi People!!

I am searching high and low for a copy of an LP by Mexican
microtonalist master Julian Carrillo entitled "Horizontes".

It was pressed on the Philips label (Catalogue #839.272 DSY)

The tracks include:
-"Horizontes"
-"Preludio a colon"
-"Concertino pour piano en 1/3 de ton"

I have a cassette copy of the LP somewhere. And I have the scores. Your
email address is not transferable through Yahoo.

You might check for the recording at McGill University in Montreal since they
have a large Carrillo collection (all the solo cello albums, for example).

Horizontes is a great piece. I only wish I had the financial resources to do
some of the larger Carrillo works. We will soon release "I Think of You."

Hey Johnny,

It's me, Franklyn Wilson from over in Vermont. We've talked many
times on the telephone years ago when you were just finishing up
with the Newport Classic label and trying to get Sony to pick up
that American Festival CD with Ives, etc on it...Do you
remember??...It was around the time Tui St. George Tucker passed
away.

Anyway, I don't know why my name is not showing up on this thing,
but I just tried e-mailing myself from here and it worked just fine.

I really don't want a cassette "copy" of this Carrillo LP, so I
understand that you can't help me, but it shouldn't be THAT hard to
find this LP, should it??

If anyone else reading this can help me find a copy of the Julian
Carrillo LP "Horizontes" on the Philips label (Catalogue #839.272
DSY), I'd greatly appreciate you e-mailing me. At this point, I'm
willing to pay up to $1000 depending on the condition of the record!!

The piece I'm really after on this LP is the "Concertino pour piano
en 1/3 de ton"...

But I don't want a "copy"...I want the actual LP itself...Like I
said, I'll pay a Thousand bucks for a mint condition copy!!
