Well, I checked out the kvraudio submission guidelines:
<http://www.kvraudio.com/submissions.php>
and it appears there is really no place for discussion of
file formats there; it's all about plugins and samples.
So, I did not mean to kill this thread on TL. I'm glad to
discuss the idea anywhere, as I want collaboration on
this. I've copied the blog post at the H-Pi forum, and
it may be easiest there, but I don't care where the
discussion takes place.
