Lacy Tuning

Forgive me if this has been pointed out before, but we can get another
pi-based meantone by taking the logarithmic ratio of the "small"
interval to be 2:pi of the "large" one; (that is, a m2 is 1:pi
of a M3).

With this, we get a fifth of 695.64 cents, which (yeah, very slightly)
reduces the quarter-comma overshoot of the Harrison/Lucy tuning.

"small" interval: 121.78 cents
"large" interval: 191.29 cents

In the unlikely event this hasn't been brought, I propose calling
it "Lacy Tuning."

...not that I'm advocating such a tuning. :)
