Hey, if anyone one here reads Arabic, they can translate this for us... ;)

I know a little, but not enough to handle this. It's Safi ad-Din's Kitab al-Adwar, his seminal work on music theory.

The website, by the way, is a Wikipedia-like resource in Arabic, with some parts translated into French.

Hey Danny, I have Kitab al-Edvar translated to Turkish by Mehmet Nuri Uygun. I understand that Baron d'Erlanger has translated it into French in his monumental work "La Musique Arabe".
