"Trickle down" tuning

Thanks for all regarding comments concerning the important and lost Barbour
text (!!) One more "victory" for Reaganomics. I believe a friend will
xerox a copy for me (hopefully!!!)... so I may be "saved" for the moment.
Otherwise, it seems like abebooks.com would be "The Last Hope." (Apologies
