tuning list format/production

Some time ago there was talk of the best way to present the information in
the tuning list. Has anyone considered the possibility of using a Microsoft
community? They're easy to manage and you can upload pictures and other
files (wav/mid etc). It works on the web board system and is easy to manage
and locate discussions etc on.

just an idea.
