First,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenharmonic

redirects to xenharmony. Keenan, do you know how to get
this reversed (so that xenharmony redirects to xenharmonic)?

Second, the editors of this article don't have a clue
what xenharmonic music is. I'm about to open a can of
whoop-ass. Would appreciate any help I can get.

I think I've got it into shape now, but the redirect is
still going the wrong direction (in my view), and hopefully
nobody reverts my edits. -Carl

"Xenharmonic" by itself is not a good title because it's an adjective.
The title says what the article is about, and it can't be "about
xenharmonic". See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Article_titles
.

However, "Xenharmony" isn't ideal either, because it's much less
commonly used than the adjective form and sounds weird.

Therefore, I changed the title to "Xenharmonic music", which seems
better all around.

Perfect, thanks. Is this power reserved for admins?

No, normal users are allowed to "move" (i.e. change the title of)
existing articles. The problem is that if there is already a page
under the new title (even a redirect), you have to delete that page as
part of the moving process. Only admins can do that. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Moving_a_page#Moving_over_an_existing_page
