More likely an inadvertent spam. Cedric has been a member since 1999,
but before this his last post was in 2004. I believe Pulse is a
professional networking website and the ones I've seen usually have a
"invite everyone in my address book" option. I'm guessing Cedric used
it and forgot some of the addresses he had in his address book. I've
moved him back to moderated, but I think a ban is an overreaction. If
there are repetitions, the moderators will intercept them and reopen
the possibility of a ban.

Oh okay; I didn't recognize the name. I would've given a first warning
myself. I'm jumpy with spam since I got so much myself, even with the
junk mail filter.
