A Middle Path, Part 2?

So what's the story with "A Middle Path"? I remember looking forward
to "Part 2" very much, but AFAIK it doesn't exist. Are you still
working on it, Paul? If not, maybe you should rewrite the ending of
"Part 1" slightly so as not to get people's hopes up.

For those who don't know, Part 1 of "A Middle Path" is available
online at http://eceserv0.ece.wisc.edu/~sethares/paperspdf/Erlich-MiddlePath.pdf
, and it's somewhat of a manifesto. I use a few pages of it constantly
as a reference whenever I'm fooling around with linear temperaments.

Paul was limited as to the number of pages he could submit for
Xenharmonikon 18, so he planned to submit the remainder as part 2 for
the next issue.

Unfortunately, there won't be any next issue. John Chalmers announced
in XH18 that it would be the last issue. :-(
