Mandelbaum/W�rschmidt defines the "minor diesis" as the 29.5� interval
3125:3072, "consisting of the difference between the chromatic semitone
25:24 and the major diesis 128:125." Clearly this is not a unison vector in
the traditional system, but W�rschmidt uses it as a defining interval
(=unison vector) for 19-tone temperament.
