Single note changes non real time... any synth which can digest this message?

Hey!

After two years of searching I didin't find yet a hard- or softsynth which can digest single
note changes real time or non real time.
I can't believe that this is true....

I am looking for any synth or sampler which recognizes 3 byte tuning data for single note
changes.

Any hints wil be very apreciated.
