Blasted Soundblaster limitations

Thanks to John deLaubenfels for the suggestion to use his "bug plug" to fix
my Soundblaster's bends...

However, I also got an "off list" message from David Finnamore suggesting
that Soundblasters NEVER bend properly, so we'll see if it works.

And, yes, I was going for the full 5-limit and 7-limit just files, not the
"half-way" ones.

Thanks again!

Joe what kind of SB card do you have?
I am interested in this. Has anyone used Mandelbrot 32 which apparently
pre-bends JI etc scales?

Hmmm: I developed JI Relay on a PC with a Soundblaster AWE-32, and it
worked just fine.

One list member had really screwy bends that were fixed when he cold-
booted (started his computer from power completely OFF).

I'm concerned about the potential limitations of MIDI, so am eager to
hear how these various fixes work!
