I have improved on it, and made it a 19-tone scale, with a 17-tone cycle of
fifths:

* Added for a lower perde segah (outside the cycle of fifths)

** Calibrated perdes buselik and mahur

*** 28/17 was simply too low for perde hisar (outside the cycle of fifths)

**** Perde evdj was too low, corrected it.
