calculation of 14:11 third

Hello,
can anybody tell me, how the third 14:11 (417,5c) and 9:7 (435c) is
calculated so that the proportion 14:11 and 9:7 results.

log(14/11)/log(2)*1200 = 417.5080

log(9/7)/log(2)*1200 = 435.0841
