Yes, it appears to be back! Manuel's mode list that I was referring to
is ftp://mills.edu/pub/ccm/tuning/papers/modename.txt.
The date on this file is 11/19/99 -- clearly incorrect!

Anyway, here are the scales relevant to the discussion about "neutronic"
