I have met this man and I like him.

He writes contrapuntal tonal music for overtone singing.

This video has an over-the-top promotional tone that bordered on
hilarious.

Especially the voice-over's tone when he says "contrapuntal, not
drone-based" as if he's selling laundry detergent.

There was also Arthur Miles, a cowboy that did harmonic singing. I have thought that maybe some of the "chinese" that worked on the railroads might actually have been Mongolian or environs
