If you go to http://www.channel4.com you will find a video about the
forthcoming John "Longitude" Harrison film which we have been working on
here in UK for the millennium.

They have gone crazy with giant poster ads for it all over the country
and particularly here in London.

It will be broadcast in two episodes in UK on Channel 4 at 21:00 Hrs on
Sunday 2nd and Monday 3rd Jan 2000

IMHO
Yes, LucyTuning could be called or considered as a meantone tuning, yet
to my mind the system is beyond an attempt to "average" (mean) the
variances from the small integer frequency ratios which are the basis of
JI; as implied by the term "meantone".
