Interesting scale; it manages to avoid sounding dissonant even though (or perhaps becuase) it doesn't have many consonant intervals. Has a bit of a whole tone flavor to it, but without the blandness that seems to go with whole-tone scales. Nice orchestration as well.
Another intriguing Persian composition using lots of Saba flavours!

I would be interested about the reasons that led to the use of this
particular scale (in case it has already been discussed: pardon me).
And are there special reasons why the tuning for this piece (and for
Microaginco) is 96-EDO?

Testing lower semiaugmented tetrachord and grave tetrachord as I use these terms for 96-EDO interval and tetrachord naming.
96-edo is a good equal tempered framework for persian usage of interval naming as 24-edo which is now used is very rigid.i can have 3 kind of for example neutral third of 337.5 350 362.5 and may be 325 is also good.
