Mandelbaum on meantone

I refer to page 96 of http://anaphoria.com/mjm2.pdf
Basically he reinforces both points of view. that there is only one meantone tuning, but states that the term is also used generally.

This is prolly because it was already held on your computer in the cache for Safari and loaded from there when you requested it.
Firefox went to the site and collected the revised version.
If you were to reload the url at the site, Safari will prolly go and get it and deliver you the current version.
