I just posted this message to Wknight94, the Wikipedia
editor who removed the Wikipedia pages about me, Tonalsoft,
and Tonescape, and every external link to the Tonalsoft
Encyclopedia which appeared anywhere in Wikipedia as
"oft-repeated spam":

>> "Really, it's quite ridiculous that Wikipedia has a
>> page about [[pitch space]], and it doesn't contain a
>> single mention of me, my work, or my software, or
>> any external links to these (it used to at least have
>> two of these, which you removed), because pitch space
>> is the single most important focus of decades of my work."

The Wikipedia page to which i'm referring is here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitch_space

And the page to which i posted that message is here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Wknight94/Archive_9#Tonalsoft_
Encyclopedia_external_links

I encourage any folks here who would like to comment to
Wknight94 to go to that page and add to the discussion.

And of course, if anyone would like to add new pages
about me or Tonescape to Wikipedia, or add external links
to the Encyclopedia to any Wikipedia page that should
have them, that would be nice.

I know this will strike some people as unrepentant
self-promotion, but i don't care. I've spent years
researching microtonal music-theory, and sharing as
much of it as i can with the world, and it really
irks me that *one person* could just completely
obliterate any mention of me from a web resource
which gets a lot of use, and to whose users my
webpages could provide a *lot* more information.
