monz longer tuning pages now in Tonalsoft Encyclopedia

I have written a number of longer webpages going into
detail about various aspects of tuning. For awhile now
they have been available on the Sonic Arts site, but
have not been connected to the Tonalsoft Encyclopedia,
which is where they really belong.

I've finally uploaded all of them to the Tonalsoft site,
and begun converting them to the standard Tonalsoft format.
I've also added an entry with my name in the Encyclopedia
index menu-bar under "M", so now it's easier for folks
using the Encyclopedia to find my stuff:
