Anyone who wants to hear some amazing Iranian music should check out the shoutcast station RadioDarvish.com

Apparantly, this is the URL of the m3u stream that I can glean from the 'properties' dialog:

http://scfire-nyk0l-2.stream.aol.com:80/stream/1031

If that doesn't work, browse for 'RadioDarvish' at shoutcast.com, I'm sure you can find it. Anyone, plenty of beautiful passionate microtonality going on there, and *amazing* yodel type singing...incredible! Ozan, do you know about this?

Excellent station! I didn't know about it. Thank you for sharing! Iranian
Classical Music does indeed seem to have common roots with Turkish and
Arabic Maqam Music genres. Notice the "middle seconds" in the diatonically
progressing melodies.

Cordially,
Oz.
