The first is indeed a Turkish-type Hijaz on A using the mode:

A Bb/| C# D E/| F/| (F#|/) G A

The second is too a Huseyni on D|\ using the mode:

D|\ E|/ F G A|\ B|/ C D|\

Your third guess was close enough Danny. But it is a terkib called
Bestenigar, which ends with an Araq tetrachord E|/ D C B|/

Now this mode is a bit tricky:

f e Db/| C Bb\| A Gb/| F E\|/ D C B|/* A#\| G

* marks the tonic.

I skip most of the alterations, since they are pretty obvious.

In the case of Saba... I should emphasize the need for other flavours:

D E\|/ [ E|/ ] F\| Gb/| A\| Bb\| C\| Db/| E F\|

or

D/| E|/ F Gb|\ A\| Bb\| C Db|\ E F

or

D/| E|/ F Gb A/| Bb|/ C Db E F

so on...

I'm surprised I missed that one, since Bastanigar is one of my favorite maqamat, partly because it's so "exotic". I hadn't listened to the whole thing when I guessed, but I get it now.

Is it normal to add the notes G and A# as leading tones below the tonic Bd?
