Scala help

Hey guys...a good friend of mine, a keyboard player, is wanting to access Scala and start retuning her piano to some non 12 scales...but, she's having some sort of problems getting it to work right. If you use the edit keyboard mapping gui, it looks like the lowest
reference note and note for 1/1 are both C1. That and setting
reference frequency to 15 hz works for me.
