I understand the 10/8 part (5/8 times two, so what matter?), but can
you flesh out the rest of this message in English, por favor? :)

i.e. a '.scl' file, listing of pitchs in cents, etc., or some such
information....or a web link?

I cannot in a matter of minutes explain to you the subtle rythmic
differences between Aqsaq Semai Evferi and Turk Aqsaghi.

Unfortunately, I have little other information at present.
