Of course Dan and I are biased in the we live in the same state as the
Maneris (Massachusetts). I've met Joe at a Boston Microtonal Society meeting
and I've seen Mat a couple of times playing with the incredible Indian-jazz
fusion band, NATRAJ.

Also I've seen Mat at a BMS concert, doing improvisations with Steve Lantner
(who played a piano and a piano-emulating synth which he could tune
alternately 1/6 tone higher or 1/6 tone lower than the piano). Steve also
plays Rhodes with a bitchin' funk/fusion band every Thursday night at the
Middle East in Cambridge . . .
