That's the one that derives a 1/3 syntonic comma system esoterically from mordents in a C-major piece. Interestingly, not included in his own "literature" page at his later googlepages!

The editorial policy of that hosting depository,

There's also a forum there (really more like a guestbook) for discussing the submissions.

The 4/18/2006 one deposited by him is also illuminating, with its 60-item list of "references" almost all by Kellner.
