Most Efficient "Crossover" Alternative Keyboard Tuning?

My nominee would be a 12-tone sub-scale of
the 16EDO tuning, with a 16EDO Morse-Thue
sequence scale step pattern of 1-3-3-1-3-1-1-3.

I haven't yet figured out the pitch class
frequencies or how to diagram it in the
proper way.

It could be used as is on 12EDO synthesizers,
and it also includes the familiar 12EDO intervals
of the tritone and minor third.

This is pure speculation/day dreaming, since I've
never heard the 16EDO tuning yet.
