Miller limit - Miller's original paper

There's been plenty of discussion here in the past about
the "Miller limit", which states that our limit on processing
information is a data set of 7 +/- 2.

This obviously has some relevance in musical theory and
practice, where the scales most often have 5 or 7 notes.

I just found Miller's paper available online, in case it's
never been posted here before:
