This scale analyses as this chain of fifths:

Gb Db Ab Eb Bb F C G D A E

i.e 10 steps

Notes Db, Eb, G, D, and A respectively in positions 2,4,8,9, and 10 are missing therefore is:

10/248910/

Tonic is C in position 7.

Therefore complete scalecoding is:

10/248910/7

for which I have yet to come across a name.
