Yahoo Tuning Groups Ultimate Backup tuning Oblivion

I downloaded the rar file but nothing to install and some .scl files
were corrupted and in 12-tone .scl files there repetitious intervals.
For example :

Please try to download again. Simply drag drop the .dll file in the
vstplugin directory (often located in the Steinberg directory).

The SCL files intentionally have repetitious intervals. Scales with
less than twelve notes have the octaves at every twelve notes, cool
for the keyboardist new to alternate tuning, easy to play.

Go to the scala archive for scales where the octave does not repeat
every twelve notes. There is a command where one can convert the
complete SCALA archive into TUN files in just a few minutes. How are
the SCL files in the RAR corrupted?

It should take less than four minutes to get the Oblivion instrument
working, and it sounds smooth, amazing resolution for the tunings.

Perhaps you got a corrupt download. I verified the rar posted is
good. There is not a setup file. Simply a DLL, the TUN & SCL files, a
readme, and documentation in .PDF. Can you read the PDF from the file
you downloaded?
