1. Get an el-cheapo MIDI keyboard, second-hand. ($50 odd)
2. Run it into a virtual synth, e.g. Logic, Cubase, you name it. (search on LimeWire or similar for kraks)
3. Avoid JI - like the plague; and choose a practical tuning system that sounds good ;-)
