Microtonal Jazz soundtrack on much of Belleville - Rendez-vous - cartoon feature.

Interesting use of bicycle spokes and various other improv. instruments + very cute animation.
Rent it on DVD if you see it on the shelves. It's in French, but minimal dialogue, audio is mostly mickie-moused jazz.
