You may know about Joe Monzo's nice microtonal CAL program to retune
Cakewalk files (why doesn't Cakewalk just build microtuning in? the
dummies). I found this at the Cakewalk site:
http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/AutoTune.html

"Auto-Tune, by Antares, is a DirectX plug-in that corrects the intonation
problems of vocals and other solo recordings in real-time.
The quality of the output is spectacular: even audiophiles cannot tell
a sound has been processed, except that it is perfectly in tune.
The "Automatic Mode" instantaneously detects the pitch of the input,
identifies the closest pitch in a user specified scale and corrects the
input pitch to match the scale pitch. Major, minor, chromatic, and 26
historical and microtonal scales provide unprecedented control of the
output tonality. A vibrato can be introduced with any depth, rate, and
delay. "

A step in the right direction. Joe, does Cakewalk know about your CAL
program? It ought to be offered on their site.

On another hopeful note, it is now easier than ever to put your own
internet radio show on the web. Several sites offer free disk space and
broadcasting of your home recorrded MP3 radio shows, and there are ways to
broadcast for free from your home computer. The easiest I've seen is

http://www.Live365.com/broadcast/index.html and
http://radiodestiny.com/

For broadcast from your computer try

http://www.radiospy.com

This technology might be just the thing for microtonal tutorials and
examples also.
