Ga grama and porcupine

Danielou, unfortunately not an author in whom we can repose much
trust, claims that in ancient times there was an Indian scale where
all the intervals but one were of three srutis. The closer srutis are
to equality in size, the closer such a scale must come to the 7 note
MOS of porcupine temperament. Moreover, even if the srutis are not
even, this scale could be more or less Porcupine[7] anyway, depending
on what they were. Does anyone know anything about Ga grama?
