Frank J. Oteri

Oteri had a Wikipedia entry, but it seems to have run afoul of a
copyright violation, so if anyone is a fan they might write a new one.

Most likely the dork that decided it was a violation never contacted
Frank: he is the editor of NewMusicBox, which along with
NewMusicJukeBox, is part of the American Music Center. Frank would
probably be the person to grant usage permission as stated in their
small print. So while it is probably a non-issue, it got tossed
immediately.

Gotta love the new world. Gene, maybe you could drop Frank a line over
