You'd have a much wider variety of intervals and chords in such a tuning.
BTW, if you want to compose in 5-limit JI (�2 cents), two pianos tuned 15
cents apart gives you a full circle of 12 major (root and fifth on one
piano) and 12 minor (root and fifth on the other piano) triads.
