Enrique Moreno has named non-octave intervals of equivalence
"morenoctives" after himself. Anyone know if he has priority on the idea?

James Heffernan called a 1188.7 cent interval "decade" to reflect the
10-note white key scale he preferred from the quindectimal scale
formed by dividing 3/1 (called "twelfth") into 24 equal parts
(patented in US 1908). It is funny that arrangement should look so
similar to Heinz Bohlen's organ keyboard.

Bohlen may have conceived of tritave (3:1) equivalence earlier . . .
